Over the past 4 years going to Zambia,
both as a participant and as a
leader, I’ve realized first hand how much God loves his children.
I’ve also realized what an honor and privilege it is to represent Christ to
the widows and orphans of Zambia, as well as the communities at large.
The following Bible verse really sums up what I feel God wants me to
share with his children. “For I know the plans I have for you”,
declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans
to give you hope and a future…”
Why do I go? I go because the first time I went, I left a part of my heart there. The only way I can get it back is to go. Why do I come back to the States after each trip? I come home because the other part of my heart is
in Leesburg, VA. Waiting for me at home, I find my biggest blessing, my family. I’m blessed to have a Godly wife – Courtney, and three adopted children – Trevor, Garret, and Amelia Jane who bring me such joy. In my down time, I enjoy any outdoor activity, even yard work. I also have two sport obsessions which are weather related. Warm weather – Baseball.
Cold weather – Snowboarding.
I look forward to walking along side you in your desire to serve
God fully in Zambia.
